Responsibilities

• Lead the non-contentious construction practice and contribute to its growth
• Engage in business development activities and embed into client sectors
• Nurture and expand client relationships
• Demonstrate technical excellence while managing clients and matters
• Collaborate with leading practitioners to deliver high-quality service
• Promote a healthy work-life balance within the team

Key requirements

• At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction
• Established client relationships and likely a following
• Strong business development skills and a vision for growing the practice
• Technically excellent and commercially aware
• Team player with a client-focused approach and willingness to engage in BD activities
• Flexible, capable of balancing deadlines with high-quality client service
