Senior Site Manager

Overview

As Senior Site Manager, you will lead a flagship Coventry residential project from inception to handover, coordinating a team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Foremen. You’ll ensure high-quality traditional housing schemes are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships. This role offers progression as you help grow a developing team within a cooperative, forward-thinking company. You’ll tackle safety, site presentation and cost forecasting to drive project success and sales potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Finishing Foreman
• Deliver high-quality traditional residential schemes (200+ units)
• Review and forecast cost estimates and report on financials
• Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety policy
• Maintain high site presentation to maximise sales potential
• Develop and implement site plans, evaluate working practices and ensure effective methods
• Assess risk assessments and implement mitigations
• Support career progression within a cooperative and forward-thinking team

Key requirements

• Experience managing teams within residential housing projects
• Proven track record delivering projects from inception to completion and handover
• Experience on residential housing schemes (200+ units)
• Knowledge of cost estimation and safety policies
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship skills
