Finance Lawyer

Overview

In this role you will support a premier Finance team advising on sophisticated financing transactions, with emphasis on asset-based lending and receivables financing. You will work with lenders, borrowers, and cross-border structures, developing deep client relationships and contributing to the growth of the finance practice. Responsibilities

• Advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of finance transactions, focusing on asset-based lending facilities and receivables financing
• Supporting complex financing arrangements including bilateral and syndicated, domestic and cross-border financings, and structured lending solutions
• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing financing documentation and related documents
• Collaborating with UK and international Finance teams and other practice areas to deliver integrated advice
• Building client relationships and understanding their financing objectives
• Supporting business development and growth of the Finance practice

Key requirements

• Finance lawyer with 3–6 years PQE
• Experience across asset-based lending, receivables financing, and related financing structures
• Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice
• Team player with ability to work cross-functionally and across jurisdictions
