Responsibilities

• Litigation in the Technology & Construction Court
• Adjudications
• Domestic and international arbitration
• Pre-Action Protocol matters
• Strategic advisory work throughout project lifecycle
• Mediation, expert determination and other industry-specific procedures

Key requirements

• 3+ PQE in contentious construction
• Strong experience handling complex, high value disputes
• Confident across a range of dispute resolution methods
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with autonomy
• Mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is advantageous
• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Scotland
