Overview

As Engagement Manager, you lead complex AWS cloud migration and transformation programs, aligning customer outcomes with technical delivery. You operate across cross-functional teams, shaping governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project outcomes. You apply Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework principles to decompose problems and guide trade-offs. This role combines leadership with technical credibility to scale programs and drive enterprise cloud adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cloud migration and transformation programs from inception to completion
• Ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality targets
• Plan at program level and adjust strategies to evolving objectives
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across customers, partners, and internal teams
• Drive decisions and manage program-level risks and issues
• Establish governance, structure, and communication plans
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of technical specialists
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance requirements
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and align with customer outcomes
• Distill customer needs into clear technical requirements and map to business outcomes

Key requirements

• Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams
• Experience delivering IT projects for external customers or equivalents
• Experience in program or engagement management, leading other project managers
• Experience with Agile and project management tools (Jira, Rally, VersionOne, Taiga)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
