Responsibilities

• Manage commercial contracts, procurement and negotiations in an NEC environment
• Develop cost estimates from early-stage to detailed cost breakdowns
• Lead post-contract commercial activities including payments, cost assessments, and contract changes
• Support contractors with transparent, data-driven budgeting and reporting
• Identify cost-saving strategies and optimize contract performance
• Provide data-driven cost management insights for key decision-making

Key requirements

• Quantity Surveying & Estimating experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
• Degree-qualified and working towards or holding chartered status
• Familiarity with NEC contracts and cost management best practices
