Logistics Manager

Overview

As Logistics Manager, you will lead and optimise warehouse and shipping operations to ensure accurate inventory, compliant dispatches, and efficient cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll oversee a small logistics team, drive process improvements, and manage ERP‑driven inventory control to support global stores and offices. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver cost discipline and reliable service. This role offers scope to shape logistics processes and boost performance at scale.

Responsibilities

• Incoming goods receiving; Outgoing goods packing and shipping with efficiency and compliance; Internal transfers across global stores and offices; Inventory control and storage accuracy; Boutique inventory replenishment; Direct management of 6 reports and team development; Recruitment, training, and ensuring adequate cover; Training matrix and process development for operational staff; Resource planning to meet workload; Documented processes and continuous process improvement; Inventory management through ERP system; Continuous improvement and KPI tracking; Ownership of inventory performance and corrective action reporting; Control of logistics costs and budget for the area

Key requirements

• Significant experience in a similar role
• Excellent understanding of domestic and international shipping processes
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong experience with stock management using ERP systems (Priority advantageous)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience managing a logistics function and leading a team
