Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of the most complex, high-value campaigns for global clients
  • Own end-to-end paid media strategy, activation, optimization, and reporting
  • Act as the senior day-to-day contact for key client stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Account Directors and Project Managers to meet briefs and deadlines
  • Partner with Creative teams to shape and optimize campaign assets
  • Use performance data to inform decisions and recommendations
  • Troubleshoot complex campaign challenges and bring in needed expertise
  • Support pitches and new business with senior campaign input and media know-how
  • Contribute to best-practice development and raise quality across the team

Key requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience delivering paid media or recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-budget campaigns across multiple markets
  • Strong strategic thinking linking campaign performance to business objectives
  • Confident senior client presence and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google Display, and YouTube
  • Excellent attention to detail and high quality standards
  • Ability to work autonomously under pressure
  • Solid understanding of paid media landscape and trends
  • Bonus: experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
