Overview

In this role you analyze media campaign data to drive actionable insights and measurable value for clients. You’ll work across performance, reporting, experimentation and automation to inform planning and optimisation. You will explore AI-enabled measurement approaches and translate technical findings into practical recommendations. You join a Data & Analytics team that connects data with storytelling to help brands grow, within the Digitas ecosystem of Consulting, Products & Platforms, and Digital Media.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse campaign performance across media platforms and KPIs to identify what works and where to improve.
  • Identify trends, audience behaviours, optimisation opportunities and causes of performance changes.
  • Support measurement thinking across MMM, MTA and incrementality to shape planning, buying and reporting.
  • Build and improve reporting outputs (Power BI dashboards and regional reporting) to enable confident decision-making.
  • Implement automation to make data processes reliable and efficient (data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows).
  • Translate analysis into clear recommendations for media planning, optimisation, targeting and budget decisions.
  • Collaborate with planners, strategists, account teams and clients to define measurement frameworks and data narratives.

Key requirements

  • Experience in a data analysis role, ideally related to media, advertising, marketing or campaign performance.
  • Solid understanding of media terminology and metrics (CTR, conversion rate, viewability, attribution, paid search, paid social, display, video, CTV).
  • Comfort with measurement approaches (MMM, MTA, incrementality) and adapting frameworks for clients.
  • Practical data extraction, manipulation and automation skills; Python experience is particularly useful.
  • Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar).
  • Curiosity about media analytics, AI and improving insight, automation and decision-making.
  • Clear communication to explain technical findings and tell data stories that drive action.
