Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload on a day-to-day basis across family law matters
• Advise on divorce, civil partnerships, separation, cohabitation, financial matters and children issues
• Ensure matters are handled accurately in line with procedures and risk requirements
• Stay up to date with developments in family law
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships and referral networks
• Provide high standard of client care within a supportive team

Key requirements
