Property Litigation Solicitor – Exeter

Overview

In this role you will handle a broad, high-quality property disputes caseload within a respected regional practice, advising on co-ownership, leases, and enforcement matters. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, while supervising junior lawyers and a paralegal team to manage high-volume tenancy work. You’ll build strong client relationships and operate with autonomy in a collaborative team. Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed caseload of property litigation matters (co-ownership, neighbour disputes, rights of way, adverse possession, boundary issues)
• Handle lease and tenancy matters, commercial rent recovery, and enforcement of charges
• Oversee possession claims and professional negligence disputes; address rectification of historic title
• Supervise and support junior lawyers, trainees, and paralegals in high-volume tenancy management work
• Maintain regular client contact and contribute to day-to-day team operations and strategy

Key requirements

• Solid background in Property Litigation
• Experience at a regional or national firm preferred
• Ability to manage a mixed caseload independently
• Commercial mindset and strong relationship-building skills
