Responsibilities
- Advise employers on a broad range of employment law and HR matters
- Manage employment tribunal cases and support clients through litigation
- Deliver practical, commercially focused employment law advice
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with business development initiatives and client training programs
- Collaborate with colleagues across the national Employment team
- Support clients across sectors on strategic and day-to-day employment issues
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law
- Strong technical knowledge across contentious and non-contentious matters
- Experience handling employment tribunal claims
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Commercially aware with pragmatic problem-solving
