Overview
As a Territory Manager in Abbott Vascular, you drive sales and market share across the Scotland region for peripheral intervention solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to grow new business, manage tenders, and maintain key account relationships, while representing Abbott professionally. The role combines field sales with regional collaboration, product training, and data-driven planning. You’ll be at the forefront of advancing vascular care and improving patient outcomes through a diverse product portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed territory sales targets across all products
- Analyse market trends and competitors within the territory
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, reporting, and budget-related tasks
- Build and nurture strong key account relationships with professional conduct
- Support Regional Sales Manager with cross-territory field activity and mentoring junior teammates
- Collaborate with Clinical Specialists to deliver regional product training and education (including Ireland)
- Model Territory Manager accountability and performance
Key requirements
- Relevant product knowledge including clinical/technical data communication
- Experience in healthcare sales
- Appropriate tertiary qualification or Medical/Paramedical certification (e.g., nursing)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Experience with professional selling in medical devices/pharma preferred
- Ability to develop a territory business plan
- Computer skills for field reporting, data systems, and spreadsheets
