Overview

Responsibilities

  • Expand your M&A skills through varied deal work
  • Gain exposure to a diverse client base including international and mid-cap private equity houses, infrastructure funds, and multinational companies
  • Participate in all deal-cycle components: due diligence, tax structuring, input into SPA and financing documents, post-acquisition implementation and reorganisations, ongoing portfolio company advice
  • Engage in client business development activities and marketing
  • Develop technical skills through training or by mentoring junior colleagues
  • Contribute to a team culture that values diversity and inclusion and supports inclusion initiatives

Key requirements

  • Prior M&A tax experience in a professional services firm (preferred)
  • ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification (preferred)
