Partnership Manager (AI Scotland)

Overview

As part of The Data Lab, you will lead efforts to deliver the AI Scotland Programme 2026–27, coordinating across a diverse partner network and serving as a key liaison between government and the delivery environment. You will shape the partnership strategy, engage senior stakeholders, and raise awareness to drive progress against agreed outcomes. You will work closely with the Scottish Government, preparing meetings and briefings and ensuring effective reporting and coordination. This role offers the chance to influence Scotland’s data and AI ecosystem within a world‑leading university setting, with flexible, hybrid options.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of the AI Scotland Programme 2026–27 across partner organisations
• Develop and implement the partnership strategy for AI Scotland
• Engage key stakeholders and build trusted relationships
• Act as a channel between Scottish Government and The Data Lab delivery environment
• Prepare meetings, briefings and written materials for government engagement
• Monitor, report on progress, and ensure effective scheduling and governance
