In this role you will join a thriving Rural Property team in Exeter as a Solicitor/FCILEX with 1–4 years PQE. You will handle a varied caseload across sales and purchases of rural land, tenancies, estate management, and development projects, advising landowners and rural businesses. The position sits in a top-tier firm with a loyal client base and a strong focus on practical, tailored advice. You will collaborate across teams to support countryside matters and sustainability initiatives. Key requirements

• 1–4 years’ PQE in Commercial Property or Rural/Agricultural Law
• Interest in rural sector and countryside matters
• Strong communication, drafting, and client care skills
• Collaborative mindset and proactive, organized approach
• Experience in rural property is a bonus but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are important
