You will advise on coverage and liability issues, manage subrogation and personal injury claims, and progress cases through litigation, arbitration, and ADR. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of insurance dispute matters
• Advise on coverage interpretation and liability issues
• Handle subrogation and personal injury claims (Claimant and Defendant)
• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and ADR
• Advise on contractual issues in insurance disputes
• Assist with civil litigation when required
• Take client instructions and ensure compliance procedures
• Progress cases and consider ADR options
• Conduct legal research and prepare written advice
• Participate in team marketing and profile-raising initiatives
• Ensure files meet Lexcel procedures and client service standards
