Responsibilities
- Acting on residential development acquisitions and disposals for developers and landowners
- Advising on affordable housing transactions for registered providers and housebuilders
- Supporting strategic land projects including options, promotion agreements and long-term developments
- Handling development-related matters such as overage, conditional contracts, title due diligence and easements
Key requirements
- 2-4+ years’ PQE
- Strong commercial awareness
