Assistant Shop Manager – Lead Bakery Team & Growth

Wenzel’s the Bakers is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support the Shop Manager in leading and training a hardworking team, preparing fresh ingredients and making sandwiches and other food products to the company standard, while delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food.

You will help run the store on a day-to-day basis during the week and during annual leave, with responsibility to drive sales, control costs, and develop the team to build loyal customers.
