You will support sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new-build transactions, working closely with clients and other professionals. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters
• Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
• Oversee remortgages and transfers of equity
• Coordinate new-build transactions
• Liaise with clients, agents, and other professionals
• Support a collaborative and ambitious team culture
• Maintain high professional standards and compliance

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years PQE in residential property law
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence in managing matters independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
