Overview

In this Edumercial Business Partner role, you drive growth by developing and supporting a 70+ salon portfolio across London, blending education with commercial strategy. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver in-salon training and digital-enabled selling, shaping salon success and brand reach. The role blends field sales, education, and data-driven planning to boost turnover and loyalty. You’ll be a visible ambassador for L’Oréal, thriving in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic business development: win new business and expand distribution across the territory
  • Deliver in-salon training and education in partnership with Education teams
  • Coordinate blended selling strategies and digital tool adoption (O+O, L’Oréal Partner Shop, Salon Emotion, Access)
  • Conduct business reviews and implement structured contact plans with salons
  • Deliver face-to-face and digital education sessions and promote sell-out activities
  • Forecast turnover, identify risks, and analyse performance data to drive growth
  • Build and nurture strong salon partnerships and deliver excellent customer experiences

Key requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent)
  • experience in teaching, coaching, or assessing fellow hairdressers
  • extensive knowledge of hair colour
  • strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales in salons
  • excellent communication and organisational skills
  • growth mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
