Account Executive

Overview

In this role you support AKQA’s EMEA growth function by coordinating systems, rhythms, and materials that drive new business and strengthen client relations. You work closely with regional leadership to keep pipeline data accurate, orchestrate growth meetings, and produce compelling decks and regional reports. You will help build a central repository of winning work and act as a trusted, collaborative member of the growth team. This is a launchpad to roles in client services, strategy, or business development, with strong exposure to senior leaders and cross-studio collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as Salesforce SME for the region: maintain data quality, keep pipeline up-to-date, run reports, and address pipeline queries
• Coordinate the full calendar of growth-related meetings with senior leadership and key clients
• Design and produce on-brand decks: credentials, case studies, business reviews, and pitch support
• Compile inputs for regional business reviews by aggregating data from studios and Salesforce for leadership review
• Build and maintain an organised knowledge repository of credentials, case studies, thought leadership, QBRs, and pitch decks
• Collaborate with studios and leaders to foster a trusted, collaborative culture across the region

Key requirements

• CRM and pipeline tools experience; Salesforce is a strong plus but core is data quality and system fluency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for agendas, briefing documents, and senior stakeholder interactions
• Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to structure complexity and follow through
• Ability to build trusted relationships across levels of business and with clients
• Interest in automation and AI tools; curiosity about how workflows can be improved
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft tools; basic Keynote and Figma skills
