Responsibilities

• Manage own busy caseload of residential property matters (sales/purchases, freehold/leasehold, unregistered, remortgages, new build, shared ownership, transfers of equity)
• Supervise a small team of legal assistants
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SRA/CLC requirements
• Provide clear, supportive communication to clients and third parties
• Contribute to smooth running of the conveyancing department

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer
• Experience handling own busy caseload
• Strong knowledge of SRA/CLC regulatory requirements
• Ability to make independent decisions and communicate clearly
• Experience with new build and shared ownership matters (valued)
