In this role you will handle a broad range of commercial property matters for a respected regional law firm in Swansea. You will work closely with a collaborative team to deliver practical, commercially focused advice and develop client relationships. Responsibilities
- Advising on SIPP/SSAS transactions
- Handling all aspects of Landlord & Tenant work
- Managing sales and purchases of commercial property
- Supporting development projects and secured lending transactions
- Delivering clear, commercially focused legal advice
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to departmental growth
Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE in commercial property law
- Experience handling a broad range of property transactions
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent client care and communication abilities
