Senior Analyst – Business Management

Overview

As Senior Analyst in Origination, you support the new business team across operational areas to enable pricing, winning, reinsuring, and executing transactions. The role involves governance, MI reporting, liaison with PIC teams and third-party providers, and driving ad-hoc projects and process improvements. You contribute to delivering strong business outcomes and safeguarding PIC’s brand and market reputation for policyholders and shareholders. This role offers variety and opportunities to influence the origination process and learn about core business concepts.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage meeting agendas, produce minutes, and track actions
• Prepare documentation for internal/external meetings in line with governance
• Develop, monitor and critically assess MI and reporting for Origination
• Own smaller projects with high-level plans, risks, and action tracking
• Submit information into systems on time and accurately
• Demonstrate learning through self-led research and inquiry into business concepts

Key requirements

• IT proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Data entry and process management with handling sensitive information
• Digital communication tools (email, calendars, collaboration platforms)
• Strong numeracy and literacy
• Pensions knowledge preferred but not essential
