Impactful Process Operator | Drive Quality & Efficiency

Independence Products in Swindon is looking for a Process Operator to join our team and help create and prepare products to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support different stages of production from preparing materials and forming products through to packing, labelling and quality inspection.

You’ll follow GMP, hygiene requirements, SOPs and work instructions, move materials with pallet trucks or forklifts where trained, maintain high housekeeping standards and work
