Support Worker – Drive & Empower in the Community

Milestones Trust is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live active, independent lives in their own homes. The role involves driving clients to community activities and supporting daily living tasks within a varied rota including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

We value person-centred care, excellent communication and a flexible, reliable approach. Previous experience is welcome but not essential; training and support are provided to help
