Renewable Energy Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will advise clients on renewable energy opportunities across land portfolios, from feasibility to securing land rights. You will work within Savills Earth, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impact across onshore wind, solar PV and energy storage projects. You’ll help clients secure commercial outcomes while gaining exposure to valuation, policy research and strategic advisory. Responsibilities

• Advise clients on identifying and delivering renewable energy opportunities across land portfolios
• Conduct feasibility assessments for renewable projects
• Negotiate option agreements, leases and land rights
• Contribute to securing commercial outcomes and value realization
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support business development
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
• Gain exposure to valuation, policy research and strategic advisory work

Key requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in the renewable energy sector
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills
• Solid understanding of the UK renewable energy sector
• Experience with land rights, option agreements and leases
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships
