Cheminformatics Data Scientist — Spectral QC & Pipelines

Novogaia is seeking a computational data scientist to define trustworthy spectral datasets and build the schema, QC gates, and annotation process underpinning our models.

You will work with ML engineers and analytical chemists to validate spectra, de-duplicate data, and develop pipelines for processing raw spectra, metadata, and provenance. This role focuses on data and cheminformatics rather than wet-lab work.
