Risk Analyst

Overview

As a Risk Analyst within Leonardo UK’s Risk Function, you will help develop and deliver the Enterprise Risk Management framework across the Electronics Division. You will work with process owners and cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and manage threats and opportunities, and to drive risk-informed decision making. You’ll generate insightful risk reporting and build predictive analytics to support senior stakeholders. This role combines governance, data analysis, and collaboration to mature risk management across the business.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and manage threats and opportunities across the business
• Facilitate and support risk workshops and discussions with process owners and teams
• Maintain risk information in the corporate risk management system and track mitgations to completion
• Deliver insightful risk reporting to enable informed decision making
• Develop predictive analytics and data visualisations (AI-enabled where possible)
• Build dashboards and reporting using Power BI; translate complex data into clear outputs
• Perform quantitative risk analysis (Monte Carlo, S-Curves) and interpret results
• Engage with stakeholders across levels to promote a proactive risk culture
• Organise and prioritise tasks to support enterprise risk management maturity
• Collaborate within a team and independently while managing competing priorities

Key requirements

• Deep understanding of Risk Management frameworks and corporate governance
• Experience in Enterprise Risk Management or related governance environment
• Experience facilitating risk workshops or reviews
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Experience using Power BI and/or advanced Excel for dashboards and reporting; familiarity with SQL, Python or Talend is advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel to Leonardo sites
• Eligible for UK security clearance (SC) or to obtain it
