D365 Solution Architect

Overview

In this role you will drive architecture solutions that align with client objectives and governance models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape designs, guardrails, and roadmaps for technology solutions and low-code projects. You’ll lead on technical storytelling, cost estimation, and benefits realization, translating business needs into credible architectures. The role offers exposure to diverse clients, agile delivery, and a path to a technical or leadership track within a supportive, growth-focused culture. Responsibilities

• Lead the solution design and architecture for Low-Code projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications
• Develop and assure key architecture artefacts (Design Decisions, Technical Options Papers, High/Low Level Designs, Reference Architecture, Roadmap)
• Define Vision and Architecture Runways, establish architectural guardrails, and unblock teams as issues arise
• Engage with engineering teams and stakeholders to inform, influence, and deliver
• Support cost estimation, detailed planning, and benefits realization for technology solutions
• Collaborate across client’s businesses and act as a SME to guide delivery and governance
• Deliver architecture solutions within governance and operating models using Waterfall, SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
• Apply hands-on Software Engineering or Dynamics 365 experience to credible delivery and credibility building

Key requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Collaborative with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Architecture skills across at least one domain: Business, Data, Application, Technology or Security
• Practical application of TOGAF and SAFe
• Proficiency with UML, ArchiMate, Ardoq or similar modelling tools
• Experience delivering architecture solutions within governance and operating models
• Background in hands-on Software Engineering or Dynamics 365 implementation with leadership experience
• UK security clearance eligibility (residency requirements) may apply
