Security Consulting Manager – PRD

Overview

As Security Consulting Manager for the Products group, you lead security consulting across Retail, Consumer Goods, Industrials and Life Sciences. You combine technical, business and industry insight to address complex security challenges and mature client security postures. You work with delivery teams and client stakeholders, including executives, to ensure outcomes and to identify new opportunities. You help shape go-to-market security offerings and drive revenue within a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of security projects within scope, timelines, budgets and quality targets
• Act as primary client point of contact from technical teams to C-suite, building trust and ensuring seamless execution
• Conduct cybersecurity strategy assessments, maturity/governance evaluations, and discovery workshops
• Identify and articulate risks at project, business and technical levels, with proportionate mitigations
• Design and implement robust cybersecurity solutions tailored to client environments
• Produce high-quality deliverables (threat/risk assessments, policies, procedures) following best practices
• Stay current on emerging threats, AI security solutions, and regulatory developments to shape client strategy
• Drive business development by qualifying new opportunities within accounts and cultivating client relationships
• Contribute to sales pursuits, proposals, and commercial responses, supporting pipeline and revenue targets
• Partner with industry and alliance teams to develop differentiated security offerings for Products clients
• Lead, coach and develop security consultants across levels
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to raise team capability
• Contribute to thought leadership through publications and client engagements

Key requirements

• 10+ years in cybersecurity across domains such as Cyber Strategy, GRC, IAM, Cloud Security, Data and AI Security, OT security and Security Operations
• Experience leading security project teams in complex environments
• Advisory, delivery and hands-on technical implementation background
• Familiarity with security regulations/frameworks (NIST, NIS, CAF, ISO 27001)
• Experience working with technical and executive stakeholders
• Commercial awareness with business development, bids or account growth
• Excellent communication translating technical risk to business impact
• High attention to detail and rigorous logical thinking
