Quality Assurance Officer

Overview

In this role you will support pharmaceutical quality by maintaining and improving the QMS, ensuring compliant batch release, and handling deviations and CAPAs. Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet standards and regulations
• Review and approve batch manufacturing documentation prior to batch release for accuracy and compliance
• Manage Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Complaints, and OOS investigations to uphold quality
• Support internal and supplier audits, as well as customer and regulatory audits for continuous improvement and compliance
• Promote a culture of quality awareness and ensure processes are followed across teams

Key requirements

• A Degree or higher level in a scientific discipline (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Quality Assurance / Quality Management)
• Proven GMP Quality Assurance experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of QMS, CAPAs, Deviations, and Change Controls
