Housing Support Officer — Empower Lives & Independence

Codi Group’s Supported Housing Service in Cardiff is expanding, and we are recruiting a full-time Scheme Support Officer to join our dedicated team. The role requires flexibility with shifts across days, nights, sleep-ins and weekends.

You will work with individuals experiencing homelessness to address alcohol and substance use, help them access treatments, and maintain tenancy while promoting independence and lasting life changes. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
