In this role you will manage a busy residential property caseload in Cardiff, handling sales, purchases, leases, remortgages, new-build work and transfers of equity. You will join a well-regarded South Wales firm and contribute to team growth while delivering high-quality client care. Key requirements

• 1+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong client care and communication skills
