Quantity Surveyor

Overview

As a Quantity Surveyor in Skanska’s infrastructure team, you will manage commercial and cost aspects across projects, ensuring robust forecasting, monitoring and reporting. You will work closely with project and site teams to align with contractual requirements within the @one Alliance and Anglian Water partnerships. You’ll maintain financial records and support efficient project delivery from design through handover. This role offers exposure to major infrastructure schemes and a collaborative, client‑facing environment with real impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and cost control activities across projects
• Forecast, monitor and report financial performance
• Clarify contractual arrangements with project and site teams
• Administer the @one Alliance contract and keep stakeholders informed
• Collaborate with delivery teams to implement efficient project plans
• Maintain financial records and prepare accounts timely

Key requirements

• Degree level (or equivalent) in an engineering/management/cost discipline
• Extensive experience in managing costs
• In-depth knowledge of construction and safety
• Demonstrates leadership and customer service skills
