Overview

As Construction Manager, you will lead delivery on a high-profile, multi-billion London project that blends homes, offices and retail. You will work closely with a cross-functional team at a leading main contractor known for landmark schemes. You’ll drive on-site safety, quality and progress against plan, enabling timely handovers and value delivery. This is a mission-driven role for someone who thrives on complex, mixed-use developments and influencing outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• oversee construction delivery on a multi-billion-pound mixed-use project
• collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders

• demonstrate track record on major schemes for a contractor

Key requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with a contractor
• Track record on multi-million pound schemes
