Senior Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure

Overview

In this Senior Quantity Surveyor role within our UK Infrastructure team, you will drive cost management and governance across client and Turner & Townsend projects. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to monitor budgets, forecast costs, manage variances, and ensure value delivery. You’ll shape project performance through strong commercial oversight and change control, contributing to successful programmes at scale. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity within a globally recognized consulting group.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and project teams
• Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget
• Track cost variance and cashflow; ensure timely applications
• Collaborate to deliver KPIs, programme performance and value engineering
• Manage contract changes within governance and best practices
• Improve forecast and budget accuracy
• Offer commercial guidance to stakeholders; negotiate final accounts
