Overview

In this Data Scientist role, you build and deploy ML models to power personalisation, recommendations, anomaly detection, and data insights. You will work within modern ML Ops practices to ensure scalable, robust solutions and leverage AI-assisted tools to boost productivity. You collaborate with engineers, DevOps, and leadership to translate business needs into technical outcomes. The role offers exposure to end-to-end ML development in a forward-thinking, collaborative environment with a strong focus on impact and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML models for personalisation, recommendations, and anomaly detection
• Implement ML Ops practices including monitoring, CI, and automated retraining
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity
• Collaborate with engineers, DevOps, and leadership to ensure robust data pipelines and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Key requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on ML experience and deploying production models
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with AWS and Databricks; ML Ops understanding
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and deliver scalable solutions
• Familiarity with data pipelines (Kafka, Debezium, S3, Lambda, Delta Lake) is a plus
