Overview

In this on-site London role, you drive financial governance and ESG-aligned property management for client portfolios. You partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, timely reporting, and robust cost control, while overseeing leases, transactions, and due diligence. You shape client reporting and service delivery to support asset strategies and KPIs. This position offers impact by integrating financial acumen with strategic PAM initiatives in a global real estate firm.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting for occupier charges
  • Manage cashflow, charge recovery, supplier payments, and credit control processes
  • Prepare and reconcile budgets in line with RICS guidelines
  • Lead ESG initiatives and align client ESG strategy with JLL PMA responsibilities
  • Maintain data accuracy in internal systems and KPIs, including key lease event data
  • Manage performance of third-party suppliers and FM providers
  • Oversee property inspections and site presentation using JLL tools
  • Support transitions in/out at client/property level and due diligence for property transactions
  • Prepare client reports, attend meetings, and document minutes
  • Vendor and lease management, including drafting recommendations and instructing solicitors
  • Engage with occupiers to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Provide SME-level advice on headleases and landlord obligations
  • Understand safety compliance, insurance renewal data, and risk mitigation measures
  • Monitor vacant properties and coordinate required actions with insurers
  • Contribute to business development and cross-selling opportunities
  • Mentor and lead team members, ensuring KPI compliance and cross-functional collaboration
  • Promote DEI within PAM and JLL, supporting training and ERG initiatives
  • Align with wider JLL service lines and contribute to PAM process improvements
  • Enhance team budgets for cross-selling, asset management, and surveying fees
