Overview

As HR Business Partner in London, you will align HR strategy with business goals across CoStar International UK. You’ll support leadership on engagement, performance, and compensation while coaching managers to build high-performing teams. You’ll drive data-driven people initiatives and ensure UK employment law compliance. This role offers scope to influence culture, lead HR programs, and contribute to integrations during acquisitions. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver impactful people practices at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to translate strategic objectives into HR initiatives
  • Manage full lifecycle HR processes: bonuses, promotions, performance reviews, year-end compensation, engagement surveys, and manager development
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace satisfaction
  • Collect, analyze, and present HR data to inform strategy
  • Coach managers to enhance team effectiveness and culture
  • Deliver training on development and coaching for managers
  • Ensure scalable, effective HRBP support to meet business goals
  • Proactively manage employee relations and investigations with guidance for resolutions
  • Develop and implement UK-compliant HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate HR operations via HRIS: promotions, transfers, job/compensation changes, terminations
  • Support acquisitions’ integration and leverage AI to improve HR practices and efficiency

Key requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • HR Business Partner experience in a matrix organization
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations
  • Desirable: knowledge of German or Spanish employment laws
  • Experience handling employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Strong client-service and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in HR
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving
  • CIPD qualification desirable
