You will develop brand clearance, protection strategies and manage global portfolios, while handling oppositions and other contentious actions. You’ll support enforcement and online brand protection programs and collaborate with partners to deliver pragmatic, commercially-focused guidance to top clients. Responsibilities

• Advise on UK, EU and international trade mark matters
• Develop brand clearance and protection strategies
• Manage trade mark prosecution and global portfolios
• Handle contentious matters such as oppositions, invalidity and revocation
• Support clients with enforcement work and online brand protection programmes
• Collaborate with partners and IP colleagues to deliver commercially focused advice

Key requirements

• Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with 1–6 years’ PQE
• Proven experience advising on UK and EU trade mark matters
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple matters
• Commercial, pragmatic client service orientation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a diverse, inclusive team
