Manager, Product Management – Roundtripping (London, United Kingdom)

Overview

As Head of Roundtripping, you’ll guide the four product teams (Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, Code Platform) to enable seamless design‑to‑code workflows. You’ll set vision and strategy for keeping design and code in sync and own end‑to‑end workflows with measurable adoption. You’ll lead, mentor, and hire Product Managers while partnering with engineering, design, data, and research to advance enterprise-ready tooling and AI‑driven capabilities. This role blends technical depth with strategic leadership in a high‑ambition product area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the four Roundtripping teams and own end‑to‑end workflows for design↔code alignment
• Set vision, strategy, and goals for design‑code synchronization across Figma
• Drive quality measurement, improvement, and discoverability for Design to Code and Code to Design workflows
• Guide development of code-context systems and translation primitives powering agentic workflows
• Manage and develop Product Managers, hire for an open PM role, and uphold product management craft
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and research to enable technically informed product decisions
• Establish operating cadence and adoption goals for MCP and the Design to Code/Code to Design workflows

Key requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers and growing teams
• Proven track record shipping developer tools and AI products, including evaluation processes and model behavior decisions
• Experience setting strategy and driving major initiatives in technically ambiguous environments
• Experience working with enterprise customers to translate workflows into shipped products
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and ability to communicate with engineers and senior stakeholders
