Recruitment Consultant – Professional Sales

Overview

In this role you will recruit sales professionals and business development executives across multiple disciplines, including product and residential sales, for large clients worldwide. You will have autonomy to grow your desk, with senior support to back your efforts, and potential to build or lead a team. The position spans sectors such as CCTV/access control and security solutions, as well as residential property sales for developers. You’ll contribute to a high-impact, commission-driven environment that rewards initiative and strategic hiring.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of sales professionals and business development executives across multiple sectors
• Develop and grow your own desk and potentially manage a team
• Place candidates for CCTV/security solutions and residential property sales worldwide
• Work with hot desks and leverage terms of business in place
• Collaborate with senior management for guidance and growth opportunities

Key requirements

• Recruitment experience in product sales or CCTV and related industries
• Entrepreneurial flair and self-motivation
• Strong knowledge of sales sectors and professionals or active sales professionals who know the industry
• Ability to work across multiple sectors and international placements
