Responsibilities

• Manage motor injury claims across OIC, MOJ, small claims track, and fast track
• Gain exposure to complex and multi-track litigation as experience grows
• Take ownership of caseloads and progress matters efficiently
• Build and maintain client relationships and deliver pragmatic solutions
• Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the team

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in defendant personal injury or civil litigation
• Strong knowledge of personal injury protocols and the Civil Procedure Rules
• Proven ability in advice, drafting, negotiation, and independently managing caseloads
• Confidence in making strategic decisions and progressing matters efficiently
• Excellent organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to handle a variety of cases, from straightforward to complex
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Commercial awareness to ensure advice aligns with client objectives
