Head of Digital Platforms

Overview

In this role you will lead engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while upholding technical excellence. You will align technical decisions with business objectives, mentor engineers, and foster an innovative, high-performance culture. You will collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into cohesive technical programs. Responsibilities

• Lead and coach engineering teams to achieve project goals and high performance
• Oversee timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and prioritization
• Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and drive professional growth
• Evaluate and improve engineering processes, tools, and workflows
• Collaborate with business partners, product managers, and designers to translate requirements into solutions
• Enforce technology standards, facilitate peer reviews, and implement robust testing practices
• Manage sub-function or function-wide strategic initiatives and budgeting
• Engage with senior stakeholders and act as a principal contact for clients and cross-functional partners
