Process Manager

Overview

In this role you lead a production line’s performance and optimisation, combining people leadership with process excellence to boost safety, quality and delivery. You will drive end-to-end manufacturing and testing improvements, reduce rework, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and electrical standards. You’ll identify bottlenecks, improve flow and productivity, and champion Lean and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. This is an impact role shaping operational excellence and development of leadership and technical manufacturing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
• Own and improve end-to-end manufacturing and testing processes
• Drive Right-First-Time quality, reducing rework and delays
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and electrical standards
• Identify bottlenecks and improve flow, efficiency and productivity
• Champion Lean / SPS continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate across engineering, production, quality, and planning
• Support customer audits and witness testing

Key requirements

• Proven people leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
• Ability to drive performance, accountability and engagement
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Understanding of electrical testing, HV/LV safety, or similar environments
• Experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement tools
