Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions
• Handle venture capital transactions
• Manage cross-border matters
• Assist with private equity investments
• Work on joint ventures and corporate restructurings
• Collaborate with Partners and senior lawyers on high-value deals
• Develop sector knowledge and client relationships across PE, VC, funds, and companies

Key requirements

• 3-4 years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solid understanding of M&A, venture capital and private equity
• Confidence managing matters independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proactive, motivated and commercially minded
• Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
