In this Senior Product Manager role, you’ll steer the development of AI-native capabilities for Bloomreach Clarity, shaping the next generation of conversational shopping. You’ll work with engineering, design, and product leaders to rapidly prototype and launch features powered by Generative AI and LLMs, while aligning with customer needs and business impact. You’ll translate AI advances into strategic product direction and ensure ethical, high-adoption delivery. Responsibilities
- Drive development of new AI-native capabilities from ideation to launch with business value focus
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product leaders to prototype and iterate features using Generative AI and LLMs
- Engage with customers to translate evolving AI needs into innovative product solutions
- Partner with Customer Success and Data teams to roll out AI-driven features and gather feedback
- Stay updated on AI/GenAI trends, market shifts, and competition to inform strategic bets
- Set standards for AI feature delivery ensuring adoption, ethical use, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor AI product usage and business impact with a data-first approach and report progress to leadership
Key requirements
- 3–6+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management in high-growth environments
- Proven experience delivering AI-powered or GenAI features or strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, conversational interfaces
- Hands-on involvement in product-led growth and scaling intelligent product experiences
- Experience working with engineers, data scientists, and researchers in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with ethical considerations and responsible AI (preferred)
