Business Operations Manager

Overview

In this role you enable Global Services to operate efficiently by coordinating key operational interfaces, managing enabling services and partners, and supporting governance, compliance and data integrity. You will ensure platforms, processes, and cross-functional support are in place to meet corporate standards. You’ll drive operational readiness, data quality, and effective governance across Delivery, Engineering, and Partner Services. This is a hands-on position that offers impact through cross-team collaboration and process improvement. You will work at the intersection of operations, governance, and data to sustain reliable, scalable service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Corporate & Partner Services Integration: coordinate with Corporate and Partner Services (Facilities, Security, Vetting, IT, People and Recruitment) to communicate requirements and deliver priorities
• Operational Enablement & Readiness: manage onboarding, mobilisation, system access, and workforce enablement activities
• Process Integration & Interface Control: define and maintain operational interfaces across Delivery, Engineering, Accounts and Partner Services
• Business Rhythm & Governance Support: enable governance cycles (monthly reporting, IBP, QBRs) by coordinating inputs and dependencies
• Tools, Platforms & Data Quality: drive use of tools and data quality improvements across reporting and processes
• Cross-Cover & Deputising: maintain knowledge breadth to deputise for BOM – Optimisation and Improvement as needed

Key requirements

• Relevant experience in business operations, governance, or operational enablement functions
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple corporate and delivery functions
• Experience coordinating operational interfaces and dependencies
• Understanding of governance, compliance and risk processes
• Experience working with operational tools, systems and data management
